Our homes offer unforgettable and historic settings for any event - weddings, anniversaries, reunions and birthdays. We welcome any inquires on events from prospective guests and will accommodate event requests whenever possible. Due to the impact of events on our properties and our neighbors in the town of Metaline Falls, we do require that all guests coordinate their event plans with us in advance. Depending on the size and type of event, we may require that guests use an event coordinator to ensure that parking, party noise, and catering services are provided in a manner consistent with our local obligations. Depending on the size and type of event, we do charge an event fee commensurate with use of the property.
